
Not going to lie here, I’m usually not all about the Pumpkin Spice flavored everything. But this year I felt like the Grinch when his heart grew two sizes haha. I can have enough of it! I literally craved it for the first time the other day! Usually its really hard for my to order any latte with flavoring because I am just thinking of all the yummy things I can’t eat now because I wasted my calories on sugar but I found this healthier Starbucks Fall menu online and had to share with you guys! Let me know if you guys try any of these and what you think!
1. Pumpkin Spice Latte – 90 Calories *with no whip
Ask for:
Tall Blonde Americano in a Grande Cup
1 pump of pumpkin sauce
3 pumps of sugar free vanilla
Steamed almond milk
Extra pumpkin spice topping
